Queen Victoria’s Coronation Celebration
On 20 June 1837, Queen Victoria became queen. A year later, her official coronation was held on 28 June 1838. Throughout the Commonwealth, people celebrated with balls and parties in her honour. The Ingraham family will host a celebration, inviting all visiting in the Village to attend and participate. Poetry, singing, dancing and even a toast to The Queen will fill the afternoon. Come and join us in celebration!
