Kings Landing Historical Settlement is the perfect place to be married, complete with the ambience and romance of the 19^th century. Infuse your special day with a touch of the traditions and beauty of the 1800s.

Appointment with Kings Landing’s wedding coordinator, including a site visit
Access to village after-hours
Kings Landing Staff to greet guests, assist with parking and direction to the ceremony location.
Use of village for exterior wedding photos

Options for ceremony locations:

St. Mark’s Church was built in the 1850’s and has been active as a consecrated Anglican Church since then. St. Mark’s Church can seat up to 50 guests.

The Riverside Presbyterian Church is a simple country church built in the 1920s, situated on a country lane that winds its way to the banks of the St. John River. The Riverside will seat approximately 90 guests.

The Ingraham Theatre has become a very popular wedding location. A rustic barn with stadium seating for 125 guests located on the edge of the breathtaking St. John River.

Exquisite and Delicious Wedding Receptions and Rehearsal Dinner Parties

The cosy atmosphere of the King’s Head Inn offers wedding receptions and rehearsal dinner parties as simple or as elegant as desired. Imagine the candle-lit ambience as costumed wait staff ensure that all the needs of your guests are met. Menus range from the delicate finger foods of a Victorian High Tea, to a 3-course meal of hearty fare. The 1855 Inn is located in the centre of the settlement and can host a reception for 50 up to 200 guests.

You can capture memories of your special day with our breathtaking village as a backdrop, even when your ceremony is not at Kings Landing! Most commercial photographers in the area are familiar with Kings Landing.

Music for the ceremony and/ or reception

Special arrangements can be made for traditional music and entertainment during the ceremony and/or reception.
