Join us for Maple, the First Taste of Spring, a celebration of New Brunswick’s sweetest tradition. This is your chance to shake off cabin fever with a fun day out with friends and family.

What to Expect

Taste Fresh Maple Candy on Snow Watch liquid gold transform into chewy maple candy right before your eyes, then taste it fresh off the snow. (Pro tip: grab your candy ticket online when you book to skip the line.)

Ride a Horse-Drawn Wagon Bundle up and take a scenic wagon ride through Kings Landing’s winter landscape. It’s the Instagram moment you didn’t know you needed.

Explore Heritage Homes Step inside the warm, cozy Hagerman House, Joslin Farm, and Gordon House for maple-flavoured treats, samples (while supplies last), and demonstrations that bring the story of maple syrup to life.

Fuel Up with a Shriners Pancake Breakfast Support the Luxor Shriners of New Brunswick with a hearty breakfast: pancakes, eggs, home fries, meat, coffee, tea, and juice. Tickets sold separately through the Shriners—available online or at the event.
