Whether you enjoy interacting with visitors from all over the world or helping behind the scenes, we invite you to share your talents and love of history by joining our community of volunteers!

Volunteer Villager

If you love visiting Kings Landing and have dreamed of being part of the Village, consider becoming a Volunteer Villager! Don one of our period costumes and get ready to say “Good Day” to our visitors as they explore Kings Landing. Share your warm spirit and love of history as you assist our costumed interpreters in greeting guests in the Village and answering any questions they may have.

As a Volunteer Villager, you will:
• Spend time outdoors in a scenic, open-air museum
• Meet our friendly farm animals and hop on our horse & wagon rides
• Learn about New Brunswick’s history
• Interact with our staff and visitors who share your interests
• Gain experience in a museum setting and collect volunteer hours
• Receive free admission to Kings Landing
• Receive an invitation to our Volunteer Appreciation Lunch towards the end of the season

If becoming a Volunteer Villager interests you, please fill out and submit the application form by clicking here and return it via email to Info.KingsLanding@gnb.ca. We will review your application and a member of our team will get back to you if we would like to proceed.
